Hitoshi Kamibayashi (Riki Takeuchi), acting leader of the sand group, is approached by Iwami and is ordered to push Iwami in the next presidential election. However, Iwami is demoted by the presidential election due to the strategy of Sunagawa, the parent of Hitoshi.
