He is worse then any nightmare! He is a nightmare! He is THE nightmare and the scary thing is.... HE IS REAL! This film is a horror/gore-fest filled with disturbing cannibalism like elements, full of sickly twisted torturous events! and is truly mentally disturbing and shocking!
